Throughout completing the job he kept me informed in what he was doing and the purpose of different parts. It was extremely helpful for me as I am not of a trade background it made me feel at ease and confident that I was making the right decision. On top of that I now have a better understanding of many aspects of my home! I am generally daunted when it comes to dealing with trades and who to trust as a lot of the technical stuff goes over my head. But again Jacobe was extremely friendly, honest and made everything clear. He broke it all down into layman’s terms and left me feeling confident in all the works completed. He quoted fairly I thought, and started and finished on time. There was good effective communication between us throughout and the job was completed to a very high standard.
